I have been using Fierce Bodies' hair mud for the last 3 months or so. I got started before they launched their products as a tester and was so pleased with the product that I simply could not wait for it to launch. It is a great hair styling product and here's my review of it.

I have very sensitive skin. I break out from any synthetic chemicals. Even if my hair care products have any of that, I still break out in my face. So I have to be extra careful about what I use in my hair. Fierce Bodies' hair mud is absolutely safe, its made with non-toxic ingredients only. It doesn't break me out or irritate my scalp - exactly what I was looking for.

I have thick South Asian curly hair that needs to remain moisturized and tame. If I don't use the right product, my hair gets frizzy. Thus, I look for moisturizing and taming properties in my hair styling product. That is why I was so glad when I finally found this hair mud. Since it has a few different oil and butter in it, it moisturizes my hair and tames it at the same time.

The consistency of the hair mud is like a thick pomade. I take a little bit of it in the palm of my hand, rub it in between my hands well to warm it up (so that the oil will loosen up), and then simply place it on my wet hair after showering. I don't rub it in my hair, because then my hair will look frizzy once dry. I find that my hair is easy to style with the mud when it is wet. After styling, I allow my hair to air dry. This product helps me define my beautiful ringlets, makes me so happy!

The hair mud comes in a neat round tin container. Since it doesn't contain any synthetic preservatives, you'll have to take special care of it. Keep it in a dry place, use a spatula or something along the line to take the product out, as opposed to your finger. This will help to keep any bacteria or germ out of the container and will extend the lifetime of your product. It comes for $12 for a 2 oz container. Since a little bit goes a long way, you get a great value for the money. Do give it a try!

I've been in search of a deep red shade of lipstick, especially to create those pretty retro looks. I wasn't able to find a pretty red lipstick that is safe, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic. My long search ended when I found 'Natural Red' by Essential-ly U.

The lipstick comes in a pretty red packaging. The formula is soft and creamy, which I love! It is highly pigmented, you have to use only a little bit. I generally apply it only on my lower lip and press my lips together to spread the lipstick. I'm very sensitive to what type of makeup I use and this lipstick has not bothered me a bit! It is also very long lasting.

I absolutely love 'Natural Red'. It is very fairly priced at $8.95 a piece. You can't beat that price and its safe to use. I highly recommend it!

I try to avoid using foundation as much as possible, I like the simple natural look and feel. Sometimes I need just a little help to even out my skintone, so a light foundation or tinted moisturizer is ideal for that purpose.

I picked up the tinted moisturizer from Green Beauty Cosmetics, because it looked like a very safe product from the ingredient list. The product description mentioned that it'd give me a light sheer coverage - that was exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered the sample size in medium to start off. It came in a 4.5 ml vial with a pump. The pump is great, because it dispenses a small amount of product at a time. The formula was light and refreshing. It wasn't oily or sticky. I used it over my moisturizer. I need two pumps for my whole face, I lightly rubbed it on all over my face. It went on easily, it didn't irritate my skin.

Here's why I give it a 4.5 out of 5. I do realize that its a tinted moisturizer that offers a sheer coverage, but I wish it gave a bit more coverage. It so light that it doesn't help to even out your skintone. If you have nearly perfect skin, you'll love this product. I have a few blemishes here and there, so I wish it offered a tiny bit more coverage. However, in combination with Green Beauty Cosmetics' concealer (or any other concealer), it works out great.

All in all, I like the tinted moisturizer. I'd buy it again and use it in combination with a concealer. It beats using a full coverage foundation every time everyday.

I love the cherry-red shade! Simply applying a light layer over the lips gives a very alluring, tasteful look. I love it! And it's long lasting too. I can go hours without having to reapply! So ladies, give this product a try!

I have the Aruba in the little adorable sample container and you know what? I love the little container! Its very compact and I can through it in my purse. I just use a clean finger or a lip brush (for precision) to apply it on my lips. The samples are only a $1, how can you go wrong with that? The full size lipsticks are just $9, what a great buy!

Apart from the packaging and price, I absolutely love the shade. I have pick lips and the Aruba just looks seamless on my lips. I love it! The formula is very moisturizing, so my lips don't go dry over the day - also awesome!

I have 3 other full size lipstick from Just Pure Minerals and love them all! I'm going to buy the Aruba in full size soon as well!!

In a nutshell, these lipsticks are safe, affordable, and pretty. I couldn't ask for more.

My search for a good care styling (also care) continues. I have thick curly hair, my curls are about an inch and a half in radius. The texture of my hair is fairly smooth, thanks to the Himalaya Herbals shampoo and conditioner that I use. All of you out there with curly hair or hair thats frizzy will understand that having a good hair styling product is so so crucial. Otherwise, the rest of your day is pretty much ruined!

I need a hair styling product that is very safe, will give my hair good hold without making it feel crunchy, will control frizz, will moisturize my hair (very important for curly hair), will be fairly long lasting (at least 8 hours), and won't irritate my skin. I realize it is a tall order, but its feasible.

I recently picked up the Aubrey Organics NuStyle Organic Hairspray (Regular Hold), because it was fairly safe as far as the ingredients went. I picked the regular hold one as opposed to the soft hold, because I wanted a bit more hold for my hair. The product comes in a 5 FL OZ spray container. I sprayed the product in my damp hair right after showering. I didn't apply enough the first time around and the product didn't do much for my hair. I applied about 15-20 sprays the following day and it actually did a nice job of holding my curls, controlling frizz, it smelled nice :), and kept my hair moisturized. I was getting very excited, because I thought my long long journey of finding a good hair styling product was over. Not so.

I continued to use the NuStyle hairspray. By about the 3rd day of use, I started to notice breakouts on my face, around the jaw and neck area, a bit on my back as well - pretty much wherever the hair touched me. I'm not exactly sure which one of the ingredients irritated me, but something in there didn't quite agree with me. I started to feel tiny bumps in my scalp as well. I decided to continue to use the hairspray, I thought my skin just needed to get used to it. I wanted to use for at least a week to be able to judge it properly. By then, the breakouts on my face were bigger and redder, and it wasn't going so well. So I had to stop using it.

If your skin isn't allergic to any of the ingredients in the NuStyle hairspray, it might just be right for you.

So this is my honest review of the product. It works well for a safe hairspray, but it broke me out and I stopped using it.

I love love love LOVE the color! It's just magical!! It looks very natural, and I am in love with it!! If this lipstick doesn't make you feel confident then I don't know what will. I absolutely, totally love it. The color is soo pretty :). Buy it because it will last long, and it will make you feel beautiful when you put it on!! Cheers!!

I love Pure Minerals Source's eye shadows, they're so pretty! Jashoda is especially beautiful, its a lovely dark brown, but not harsh shade at all. Its has a dusky sense to it. I love love love it when I create brown smokey looks, sometimes it shows a olive-like shade :) I love lining my lower lid with it as well.

Once again, the eye shadow is very safe to use, its vegan, and hypoallergenic. So if your eyes are easily irritated by mainstream eye shadow (or not), don't miss out from these awesome eye shadows.

Pure Minerals Source makes really great eye shadows, I own a few of them. Dr. Cara's Rx is a beautiful grey-ish purple shade. I love it, because it is absolutely gorgeous to stand on its own or to be paired with either lighter or darker shades to create smokey looks. The eye shadow is very easy to work with and blend in.
It is a safe product, vegan, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic. All their eye shadows are highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way. A 5 gram jar for $5.00 is a great price for the value.

I am a big fan of eye shadows, I love playing with different shades. Amethyst is such an awesome addition to my collection, it is a very pretty shade of purple. It actually looks just like an Amethyst jemstone!

Apart from liking the shade itself, I really like how pigmented the eye shadow is. I actually have to be careful not to use too much, a tiny bit is enough. This 5 gram jar that I bought for only $4.50 will go a long long way. The eye shadow is very easy to work with, I use a flat brush to pat it on my eyelids first, then use a fluffy brush to blend it in. Since its a vegan product, non-toxic, and contains no harsh ingredients, it doesn't irritate my eyes. With a little bit of concealer under the eye shadow as a primer, it stays on for 8 to 10 hours easily.

Great product, great price, couldn't be happier.
